Kaushik commenced his career in 2007 at a top-tier Mumbai law firm. Curious to understand the business world, he completed the Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, where he received the ‘ISB Torchbearer’ award. After spending nearly a decade at premier law firms in Mumbai, he moved to Hyderabad, where he was the Chief Operating Officer at a reputed regional law firm. The entrepreneurial bug finally bit, and he launched Stoicus Legal at the cusp of the new decade to provide legal services in an innovative manner. Kaushik is a certified life coach and enjoys coaching entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Kaushik speaks frequently at conferences on a variety of topics ranging from franchising to doing business in the United States – the topic that’s closest to his heart is the art of negotiations.
